YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Borough Council of the Borough of Hanover, York County, Pennsylvania, in accordance with Section 609 of Act 247 of 1968, as amended, the “Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code”, will hold a public hearing to consider Ordinance No. 2330, an Ordinance which amends the Zoning Ordinance of the Borough of Hanover, Ordinance No. 2310, as amended, and the Official Zoning Map enacted therewith, summarized below, and to receive and review written or verbal public comment relative thereto on September 28, 2022 beginning at 6:30 p.m., prevailing time, at the Borough of Hanover Municipal Building, 44 Frederick Street, Hanover, Pennsylvania 17331.

Ordinance No. 2330 amends the Zoning Ordinance of the Borough of Hanover [Ordinance No. 2310] as amended, and amends the Official Zoning Map of the Borough of Hanover enacted therewith as set forth in Exhibit A.
